When I hired Mandy really all I wanted was a decent looking website and a functional blog that was easy to navigate and searchable. I cannot say enough about Mandy Hopp and her team. I wrote about this in a previous post, but it's unusual for a marketing firm to outsource their own website refresh. Yes, we could have done it in-house but I wanted this to be prioritized in a way that's not possible when client demands (and let's face it, RFP deadlines, IYKYK) are constantly tugging at our team members.
