Frequently Asked Questions About the Ignite Website Package:

“What’s this website actually going to cost me?”

The service cost above covers our copywriting and design services, not things like website hosting, Webflow subscriptions, domain hosting, or add-on services. In general, most clients spend about $35/month on hosting costs, plus $15/year for domain hosting.

“Is it cheaper to pay-in-full?”

Of course. While we love to offer flexibility, we are admittedly not a bank, and the time spent to process and occasionally chase down multiple payments is not without cost. So, if you can pay-in-full—amazing. Save away!

“I’m going to need ongoing support and edits—can you help?”

Great! We’re happy to help—we’ve been here for over four years and aren’t going anywhere. We offer a Website Care Plan that gives you access to retainer client rates (plus a bunch of other extras!). You can also shoot us an email when you need help, and we’ll quote you a la carte.

“Can you work with my budget?”

We know from personal experience that balancing cash flow with expenditures is one of the main issues in running a business of any size (P.S. Highly recommend Profit First if you need a way to escape that). While we aim to provide the best value possible, our pricing reflects the quality and dedication we put into every project.

“How long will the website take to complete?”

Typically, our projects take about 8-12 weeks from start to finish. The exact timeline can vary depending on the complexity of your site and how quickly we receive your feedback.

“What if I need to update my website down the road?”

No problem! Whether you’re on our Website Care Plan or prefer to work on an as-needed basis, we’re here to help. We can handle everything from minor tweaks to major updates, so your site always reflects your current needs.
