We didn't set out to become a marketing agency.

‍But after 4 years of peering into the inner workings of dozens of businesses and having countless conversations, we realized we were doing our clients a disservice by not sharing our hard-earned marketing expertise.

Before starting Hopp Creative, I (hi, it's Mandy!) was the first marketing hire at an early-stage startup— where I quickly learned that fancy campaigns don't matter when you're fighting for traction. In 2.5 years, I helped our company achieve 10x lead growth and 150% revenue increase year-over-year, scaling all the way to acquisition. And it wasn't because we had a massive budget (we absolutely did not!) — it was applying design thinking to marketing challenges with a solid understanding of what actually drives business growth.
